​Vaastu Shastra is the classic Indian system of place making and sustaining. Deeply spiritual and yet very practical, it offers the potential for integrating one's spiritual life quest with environments that support the day to day needs of modern life. For over thousands of years, it's holistic approach to site selection, development, ceremonies, building design, and construction principles has been used to blend the needs for comfort, material prosperity, and a nurturing family life, within the context of Indian cosmology.

Vaastu is very complementary with Feng Shui principles and techniques. In January of 2002, Seann Xenja travelled to India to study Vaastu Shastra, and incorporates it's basic principles into his Feng Shui work, particularly in the design phase of building and remodeling projects.
